Storyline:
In Canada, an Indian writer and storyteller visits to Pi Patel and asked him to tell about his life. Pi describes his childhood in Pondicherry, India, and the origin of his nickname. One day, his father, a zoo, explained that the city is no longer supported zoo and so he decided to move to Canada, where the animals of the family property will be sold. They grew up on a cargo ship from Japan with animals and blue, is a storm, and then shipwrecking. Pi survived in lifeboat with a zebra, orangutan, hyena and Bengal tiger named Richard Parker male. They drift on the Pacific, with positive hyenas and Ricardo Parker hungry. Pi to find a way to survive.
