Storyline:
Clyde Sheltons family is brutally murdered. The people responsible are caught. But because of improper procedure, DA Nick Rice only circumstantial evidence. So he decided to get one of them to testify against the other. When Shelton learning, he is not happy. Ten years later, a convicted exported, but something happened; her execution goes awry and he suffered. They know that someone tampered with the machine. And the other was found dead, killed in a horrible way. Rice suspected Shelton, so he picked him. Initially, Shelton agreed to a plea bargain with the rice, but changed his mind. It seems that Shelton is not done, it seems he blames the whole system and declared war on it to go to all those involved with his familys case. So Rice to stop him, but Shelton is far in front of him.
